Where is our data stored?: In an Australian region (Sydney). AI inference is also AU-hosted, and direct identifiers are removed before any AI processing — supporting your Privacy Act 1988 (APP 8) obligations.
Can we cancel anytime?: Yes. Manage or cancel from the in-app billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
